Brief Synopsis: Officer Myers responded to a medical incident at the Carpaccio Restaurant, when Myers arrived at Carpaccio’s, he noticed an elderly male in cardiac arrest, Officer Myers who was armed with his department issued AED, deployed his AED and administered lifesaving aid until Miami Dade Fire Rescue arrived. Due to Myers’ quick actions and the accessibility of his department issued AED, the male was stabilized and transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
