A SPECIAL ORDINANCE DESIGNATING RESIDENTIAL
PARKING PERMIT AREA NUMBER 8
WHEREAS the Board of Public Works & Safety on April 9, 1992 adopted Resolution No. 2-
1992 and recommended to Common Council the designation of Residential Parking
Permit Area Number 8 pursuant to Chapter 74.28 of the Richmond Code, and
WHEREAS the Board of Public Works & Safety has complied with all requirements specified
by Chapter 74.28 in regard to establishing Residential Parking Permit Areas,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the following streets are now hereby designated Residential Parking Permit Area Number 8:
SW 2nd St. from SW C St. to SW D St. both sides,
SW 2nd St. from SW E St. to SW G St. on the east side,
SW D St. from SW lst to SW 3rd St. on the north side of the street,
SW D St. from SW 2nd St. to SW 3rd St. on the south side of the street,
SW G St. from SW 1st St. to SW 2nd St. on the north side of the street, and SW
G St. from the Whitewater River to SW 2nd St. on the south side of the street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1992, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
