ORDINANCE NO.558
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "WOODS OF MEDINA"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the property described in Exhibit A from RR-UR, Rural Residential -
Urban Reserve to R1, Single Family Residential.
Section 2. The subject property is currently addresses as 710 Shawnee Woods Road and
4412 County Road 116 and are displayed on the map in Exhibit B.
Section 3. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to publish this
ordinance and make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to
reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above following final approval of the
Woods of Medina plat.
Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
