AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "FAWN MEADOWS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from RR-UR, Rural
Residential -Urban Reserve to R1, Single Family Residential:
The East 650.00 feet of the South 1/2 of the Northwest'/ of the Northwest 1/ of Section 1,
Township 118, Range 23.
Section 2. The property rezoned is displayed in the map in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to publish this
ordinance and make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to
reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above following final approval of the
Fawn Meadows plat.
Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
