Public Notice
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
561, an ordinance amending Sec-
tion 615 of the Code of Ordinances
regarding Tobacco and Tobacco
Related Devices. The amendment
adds the definition and regulation of
nicotine delivery products, prchibits
tobacco sampling and other revi-
sions to clarify the ordinance.
The full text of Ordinance No. 561
is available from the city administra-
tor -clerk at Medina city hall during
regular business hours.
