WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar
year 1992, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend said budget by transferring an appropriation in the Fire
Department budget to another category and the Mayor's Office budget to another
category,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the 1992 budget be amended as follows:
A. Delete $40,000.00 for clothing supplies from Fire
Department account no. 101-2-11-1101-2-2413.
B . Add $40,000.00 for clothing allowance to Fire Department
account no. 101-2-11-1101-1-1350.
C. Delete $1,000.00 for travel expense from Mayor's Office
account no. 101-1-1-101-3-3240.
D. Add $1,000.00 for stationery and printing to Mayor's office
account no. 101-1-1-101-2-2120.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June 1992, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
