A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE IOWA SNOWDRIFTER INC SNOWMOBILE CLUB AND THE
IOWA DOT
Whereas, The City has previously agreed to and set a prescient of signing the
application to perform work within a State Right -of -Way with the Snowmobile Club and
the Iowa DOT, and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the agreement with the
Snowmobile Club is advantageous for the City to provide safe routes for the City and
club members;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize
the City Administrator /Clerk to sign the agreement presented from the Snowmobile Club
and the IOW DOT.
On the 14th day of November, 2012, at a regular meetin
Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2 R °° 0
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE IOWA SNOWDRIFTER INC SNOWMOBILE CLUB AND THE IOWA DOT
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Phillips, Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2012 -71, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR THE IOWA
SNOWDRIFTER INC SNOWMOBILE CLUB AND THE IOWA DOT to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of November, -x
