Home My Public Portal About567 Ordinance Amending the Official Zoning Map to Rezone the Property Being Subdivided as "Woodland Hill Preserve"CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.567 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "WOODLAND HILL PRESERVE" THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the property described in Exhibit A from RR-UR, Rural Residential - Urban Reserve to R1, Single Family Residential. Section 2. The property rezoned is displayed in the map in Exhibit B, attached hereto. Section 3. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to publish this ordinance and make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above. Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the Medina City Hall. Section 5. This ordinance shall supersede Ordinance 559, which has previously amended the zoning classification of a portion of the property, but which is not yet in effect. Attest: By: Section 6.
