The Tiffin City Council met in regular session on February

119 1976 at 7:30 P.M. at City
Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding.
Councilmembers present: T. Morgan,
J. Stratton, R. Janssen, G.
Potter and R. Formanek. Also
present: Atty. Neuzil, T. Mittman
and Ralph Brown.
Morgan moved to an-orove
the minutes from the January 14th
regular meeting, Formanek'seccnded.
Motion carried unanimously.
Potter moved to approve the Clerk-Treasurerts
financial report.
Morgan seconded.- Motion carried
unanimously. Let the minutes
show that Beverly Birtcher was
sworn into office as Clerk-Treas.
on January 14, 1976.
Stratton moved to set up
an inoculation program for dogs
and cats in the community. Potter
seconded. Motion carried
unanimously.
Potter made a motion to
hear the first reading of Ordinance
#73, adopting a solid waste collection
and removal service for
residential -users. Formanek
seconded. Ayes: Potter, Formanek,
Stratton, Morgan and Janssen.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Brotherton appointed
Hawkeye Engineering Co., Coral-
ville, Iowa as City Engineer.
Council approved.
Formanek moved to accept
the following receipts and pay the
following bills. Stratton seconded.
