This resolution shall take effect on date of hire, which is scheduled for October 25, 2022. Seconded by the Town Board Member __________ and duly put to vote, which resulted as follows: Town Board Member Wehner voting _______ Town Board Member Perticone voting _____ Town Board Member Romeo voting _______ Town Board Member Freeman voting _____ Town Supervisor Fitzpatrick voting _______ 11648537_1 Resolution No. 2022- _______ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD ADOPTING A RESOLUTION UPDATING OF THE 2022 LOCAL HIGHWAY INVENTORY LISTING At a workshop meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York held at the Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, in said Town of Irondequoit, on the 11th day of October 2022, at 4:00 p.m. local time; there were: PRESENT: Rory Fitzpatrick Town Supervisor John Perticone Town Board Member Patrina Freeman Town Board Member Kimie Romeo Town Board Member Peter Wehner Town Board Member Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Attorney for the Town Town Board Member ________ offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the State of New York Department of Transportation requested the Town of Irondequoit to review its Local Highway Inventory (LHI); and WHEREAS, Seneca Road is a roadway that begins at Culver Road and ends at the dead end, which measures 1.11 miles, and is owned and maintained by the Town of Irondequoit; and WHEREAS, the New and Extended Road Template worksheet and the associated map for the roadway, have been completed by the Commissioner of Public Works and is attached to this resolution as Exhibit “A”. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Irondequoit requests the New York State Department of Transportation amend the Local Highway Inventory to include the roadway listed in this resolution and included in the New and Extended Road Template worksheet and the associated map for the roadway attached hereto. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
