AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2-1992 TO
CORRECT AN ERROR
WHEREAS The 1992 Salary Ordinance No. 36 -1991, was extensively amended by Ordinance
No. 2-1992, and
WHEREAS it has come to light that a mistake was made at position 7.48 in Ordinance No. 2-
1992, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to correct our error,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 2-1992 be amended at position 7.48 to fix the annual
compensation for such position at $19,289.00 instead of $18,089.00.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 1992 by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana.
