Home My Public Portal About049-1992- APPROPRIATION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FROM TORDINANCE NO. 49-1992 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND IN 1993 WHEREAS the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Richmond, Indiana, operates out of the Park and Recreation Fund, and WHEREAS said Department desires to acquire supervising services for its maintenance employees in 1993 from the Department of Public Works, which operates out of the General Fund, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that throughout 1993 payments shall be made from the Park and Recreation Fund to the General Fund as follows: A. Forty percent of the salary of the Transportion Division Manager, $35,000.00 - $14,000.00 B . Fifteen percent of the salary of the Public Works Director, $45,000.00 - 6,750.00 C. Forty percent of the benefits and employer taxes of Item A above which is determined to be twenty-four percent of $35,000.00 or $8,400.00 - 3,360.00 D. Fifteen percent of the benefits and employer taxes of Item B above which is determined to be twenty-four percent of $45,000.00 or $10, 800 - 1,620.00 . E.
