Home My Public Portal About050-1992- APPROPRIATION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FROM TORDINANCE NO. 50-1992 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND IN 1993 WHEREAS the Department of Public Works, Street Division, of the City of Richmond, Indiana, operates out of the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, and WHEREAS said Division receives supervisory and technical services from the Department of Public Works Staff and its Engineering Division, both of which are paid out of the General Fund, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that throughout 1993 payments shall be made from the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund to the General Fund as follows: A. Forty-five percent of the salary of the City Engineer, $43,054, and the benefits and employer taxes related thereto, $10,333 - $24,024.00 B . Fifteen percent of the salaries of the Director and Secretary of the Department of Public Works, $63,048, and the benefits and employer taxes related thereto, $15,132 - $11.7 27.0Q C.
