Tybee Island Police Department Dismisses Disorderly Conduct Charge
Tybee Island, GA – (June 25, 2010) The Tybee Island Police Department advises that the disorderly conduct
charge against Clifford Grevemberg has been dismissed. While the incident giving rise to the charge would
demonstrate probable cause existed, the totality of the circumstances leads to the conclusion that the charge
should be dismissed at this time. Due to pending litigation, no further comment is appropriate at this time.
