EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD ADOPTING
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
At the regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York
held at the Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, in said Town of Irondequoit, on the 14th day of
February, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. local time; there were:

Rory Fitzpatrick Town Supervisor
John Perticone Town Board Member
Patrina Freeman Town Board Member
Kimie Romeo Town Board Member
Peter Wehner Town Board Member
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Attorney for the Town
Town Board Member ______________________offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, the Town has a need for construction site management services for certain Town
projects; and
WHEREAS, the Town issued a Request For Proposals for Construction Site Management
Services for Various Construction Projects at Town Facilities (the “RFP”), pursuant to Town Code
Section 51-10; and
WHEREAS, responses were due to the Town by October 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Town received one response from Christa Construction, LLC, which proposes
providing the requested services for a cost not to exceed $400,000; and
WHEREAS, the response was reviewed by Town Employees, who found it to be fair and adequate
for the Town’s purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Town Employees recommend that the Town engage Christa Construction, LLC
on the terms specified above; and
WHEREAS, funding for these services is available in account 299.7110.2011.0003 and
299.1620.2011.0001 .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board awards a contract for
construction management services for various Town projects to Christa Construction, LLC, and
authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Christa Construction, LLC for such
services, for the duration of the Town projects, in a form to be approved by the Attorney for the
Town.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
