A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; COMMENDING WILLIAM E. CROYSDALE FOR
HIS SERVICE TO THE VILLAGE AS A SPECIAL MASTER;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on June 23, 1992, the Board of Trustees adopted
Ordinance 92-14 which established code enforcement regulations and
created the Office of the Special Master; and
WHEREAS, on July 12, 1992, the Board of Trustees appointed
William E. Croysdale to serve as the Village of Key Biscayne's first
Special Master; and
WHEREAS, William E. Croysdale served for two terms as the
Special Master;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Council commends William E.
Croysdale for his service to the Village of Key Biscayne as a
Special Master.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
