Public Notice
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 580, an ordinance establish-
ing the Villas at Medina Country
Club storm sewer improvement tax
district. This district will apply over
the property being developed as
the Villas at Medina Country Club
residential neighborhood and would
allow the City to acquire, construct,
reconstruct, extend, maintain, and
improve stormwater facilities within
the neighborhood if the homeown-
ers' association fails to do so.

is available from the city administra-
tor -clerk at Medina city hall during
regular business hours.
