RESOLUTION NO. 2006-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee has been designated by the California Department of
Boating and Waterways to receive $10,000 to purchase miscellaneous equipment in the fonm of
a grant for boating safety and enforcement; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Truckee agrees to the terms and conditions set
forth by the Department of Boating and Waterways.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Truckee is
authorized, on its behalf to submit the attached proposal to the California Department of Boating
and Waterways and is authorized to execute on behalf of the Town Council the attached
contract, including any extensions or amendments thereof and any subsequent contract with the
State in relation thereto.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Council Member Susman seconded
by Vice Mayor Anderson at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town Council, held on the
6th day of July 2006 and adopted by the following vote:
AYES:
Council Member Susman, Vice Mayor Anderson, Council Members;
Green, Threshie, and Mayor Ingalls.
NOES:
None.

None.
