RESOLUTION 2006-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL REQUESTING THE NEVADA
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION ALLOCATE STATE TRANSIT ASSISTANCE
FUNDS FOR OPERATION OF THE TRUCKEE TRANSIT & PARATRANSIT SYSTEM FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007
WHEREAS, Transportation Development Act Funds are allocated to the Nevada County
Transportation Commission for the Town of Truckee; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee has designed a system that will most effectively serve
the residents of T ruckee; and
WHEREAS, these projects meet the requirements of the Regional Transportation Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TRUCKEE TOWN COUNCIL
requests the following;
NCTC allocate $49,959 of State Transit Assistance Funds to the Town of Truckee
Transit 2006/07 operations budget.

The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee
Town Council, held on the 6th day of July, 2006, by Council Member Green, who moved
its adoption, and which motion was duly seconded by Council Member Susman, was
carried adopted by the following vote:
