BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of HMA Surface Removal, Pavement Patching, Curb and Gutter
Removal and Replacement, Structure Adjustments, Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Course,
Pavement Marking, Parkway Restoration, and Traffic Control and Protection.
