A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.05 OF THE RICHMOND
CODE TO BE COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE 1992 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
WHEREAS Chapter 155 of the Richmond Code is known as the Public Development Plan, and
WHEREAS Section 155.05 of said code incorporates a report entitled "Comprehensive Master
Plan Richmond, Indiana„ 1966," which sets forth information, policies,
recommendations, and source material utilized in promulgating the public
development plan, and
WHEREAS such report is considered advisory only and not a part of the public development
plan to be enforced, and
WHEREAS a subsequent comprehensive plan for the City of Richmond, Indiana, was adopted
May 21, 1990, and
WHEREAS said plan has now been revised,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that attached Exhibit A is hereby adopted and made a part of the Richmond Code by replacing the
words in section 155.05 ..."Comprehensive Master Plan Richmond, Indiana, 1966" with ...
"Comprehensive Plan, City of Richmond, Indiana, Revised 1992."
