PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
586 an ordinance related to solar
equipment. The ordinance amends
the zoning code in order to allow
ground -mounted solar panels as a
conditional use in the rural residen-
tial, rural residential -urban reserve,
rural residential-1, rural residen-
tial-2, and agricultural preservation
districts. The ordinance also es-
tablishes regulations for the solar
equipment.

is available from the city administra-
tor -clerk at Medina city hall during
regular business hours.
