The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
589, the purpose and intent of this
Ordinance is to amend Ordinance
No. 547 Granting A Cable Commu-
nications Franchise to Mediacom
Minnesota, LLC ("Franchise') to up-
date the build -out provisions.
The full text and map exhibits
of Ordinance No. 589 are available
from the city administrator -clerk at
Medina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
