Public Notice
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
591, an ordinance amending Sec-
tion 345.05 of the code of ordinanc-
es regarding dogs. The purpose of
the ordinance is to clarify the rules
related to dog ownership. The or-
dinance (1) prohibits female dogs
from being left outdoors unless
they have been spayed, (2) prohib-
its dogs from running loose except
in designated off -leash areas, and
(3) requires owners to pick up and
properly dispose of animal waste.

is available for inspection at Medina
city hall during regular business
hours.
