AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1992 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for
calendar year 1992, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 1-1992 reorganized the executive departments of city
government, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No 2-1992 eliminated certain positions, combined certain
positions, and created new positions, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to authorize additional appropriations pursuant to Indiana
Code 6-1.1-18-5 to conform the 1992 budget to the actual departmental
expenditures throughout. the months of February through December, 1992,
and
WHEREAS a public hearing was conducted December 21, 1992, as required for
additional appropriations pursuant to legal notice of such hearing published
December 11, 1992, in compliance with Indiana Code 5-3-1-2(b),
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the 1992 budget be amended as set forth in attached Exhibit A.
Passed and adopted this 21 st day of December 1992, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana. . , / n
