AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 3117(a) OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIREWORKS
STANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of Section 3117 of the Temple
City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
(a) No person other than the licensee
organization, its members and members of their
families, shall operate the stand for which
the license is issued, or share or otherwise
participate in the profits of such stand. No
assignment or licensing or other use of the
Permit may be permitted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall,
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir7
culated in the City of Temple City.
