ORDINANCE NO. 97-1992
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86-1992
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget
for calendar year 1992, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 86-1992 was adopted November 16, 1992, as an amendment
of the 1992 budget, and
WHEREAS an error was made in the preparation of Ordinance No. 86-1992 in part C,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 86-1992 is amended by repealing section C of said Ordinance because the
transfer of $8,000.00 from the Local Road and Street Fund account no. 210-30-300-3003-2-2367
to the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund account no. 218-38-380-3801-3-3510 is not authorized by the
Indiana Code.
Be it further ordained that Section A and B of said Ordinance No. 86-1992 remain in full force and
effect.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of December, 1992, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
