AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46-1992
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted Ordinance No.
46-1992 authorizing the City to receive $200,000 from the Build Indiana
Fund, and
WHEREAS certain projects were enumerated therein with specific sums of money to be
spent thereon, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to amend the description of the projects and the sums of
money to be spent thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that Ordinance No. 46-1992 be amended as follows:
1. a) Item C provides "Grade and pave North 10th Street parking lot - $20,000."
b) Item C is hereby amended to provide "Grade and pave North loth Street parking lot
$27,171."
2. a) Item D provides "Grade and pave South 6th Street parking lot - $55,000."
b) Item D is hereby amended to provide "Acquire, clear, grade, and improve South 6th
Street parking lot - $105,000."
3. a) Item F provides "Repair and construction of curbs, gutters, drains, and streets -
$85,750."
b) Item F is hereby amended to provide "Repair and construction of curbs, gutters,
drains, and streets - $28,579."
Passed and adopted this 21st day of December, 1992, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
