A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; OFFICIALLY DESIGNATING THE PARCEL OF
LAND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE "CR.ANDON
BOULEVARD TREE FARM" AS THE "VILLAGE GREEN";
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, On August 241 1993, the Village Council authorized the
purchase of property located between Crandon Boulevard and Fernwood
Road, a legal description of which is attached as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, On February 10, 1994, the Village acquired the land;
and
WHEREAS, the property has been commonly referred to as the
"Crandon Boulevard Tree Farm";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Council officially designates the
parcel of land commonly referred to as the "Crandon Boulevard Tree
Farm" as the "Village Green".
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October , 1994.

Parcel 1:
A portion of Tract 5, Subdivision of a Portion of Matheson Estate, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 86, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Tract 5, Matheson Estate, according to tht.
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46, at page 86, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, run N 79 degrees 11'28" West along the South line of said Tract 5, a
distance of 402.76 feet to the Southwest corner of said Tract 5; thence run northward
along the West line of said Tract 5 said West line of said Tract 5 being the arc of a
curve to the left having for its elements a radius of 1365 feet and a central angle of
17 degrees 52'23" for an arc distance of 425.80 feet to a point; thence run South 88
degrees 01'04" East for a distance of 104.65 feet to a point; thence run South 77
degrees 59'50" East for a distance of 300.24 feet to a point on the East line of said
Tract 5; thence run Southward along the East line of said Tract 5, said East line of
said Tract 5 being the arc of a curve to the right having for its elements a radius of
1765 feet and a central angle of 14 degrees 07'12" for an arc distance 434.97 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

That portion of Tract 7, Subdivision of a portion of Matheson Estate, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 88, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeasterly corner of said Tract 7, said point lying on a circular curve
concave to the Northwest said point bearing South 84 degrees 05'48" East from the
center of said curve; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly boundary of said
Tract 7 along said curve to the right having for its elements a radius of 1765.00 feet
and a central angle of 11 degrees 05'38" for an arc distance of 341.75 feet; thence N
89 degrees 57'13" W for 424.03 feet to a point of intersection with the Northwesterly
boundary of said Tract 7, said point lying on a circular curve concentric to the last
described curve, said point bearing S 67 degrees 48'23"E from the center of said curve;
thence Northeasterly along the said Northwesterly boundary of Tract 7 along said curve
to the left having for its elements a radius of 1365.00 feet and a central angle of 14

feet, and a central angle of 11 degrees 05' 38" for an arc distance of 341.75 feet to
the Point of Beginning; said point bearing S 73 degrees 00'10" East from the center of
said curve; thence from the above established Point of Beginning continue Southwesterly
along the said Southeasterly boundary of Tract 7 along said curve to the right having
for its elements a radius of 1765.00 feet and a central angle of 09 degrees 41'40" for
an arc distance of 298.64 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence continue

as measured at right angles to, the South line of said Tract 7; thence due West along
a line that is 150.00 feet North of, as measured at right angles to, the said South
line of Tract 7 for 429.71 feet to a point on the Northwesterly boundary of said Tract
7, said point lying on a circular curve concentric to the last described curve, said
point bearing N 71 degrees 27'17" West from the center of said curve; thence

to the right having for its elements a radius of 1666.37 feet and a central angle of
