ORDINANCE NO.597
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
MOHAWK DRIVE AND CHIPPEWA ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the property described in Exhibit A from RR-UR, Rural Residential -
Urban Reserve to BP, Business Park.
Section 2. The property rezoned is displayed in the map in Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Section 3. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to publish this
ordinance and make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to
reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above.
Section 4. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication.
Adopted by the Medina City Council this 3rd day of May 2016.
