Section 828.63 of the code of ordinances of the city of Medina is amended by deleting the stricken language and adding the underlined language as follows: Section 828.63. (n„l,.ted ti., Or-dhin .,. N,,. �nc� Temporary Family Healthcare Dwellings — Opt -out Pursuant to Statute. Pursuant to the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, the City of Medina hereby opts -out of the requirements of Minn. Stat. §462.3593which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings. SECTION II. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
