CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 606, an ordinance establish-
ing the AutoMotorPlex of Medina
Storm Sewer Improvement Tax
District. This district will apply to
property within the AutoMotorPlex
development and would allow the
City to acquire, construct, recon-
struct, extend, maintain, and im-
prove stormwater facilities within
the property if the owners' associa-
tion fails to do so and to levy such
costs against the property.

at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
