RESOLUTION MODIFYING RULES OF PROCEDURE WITH RESPECT
TO CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT SIGNATORIES AND
MODIFYING RESOLUTION 73-3 WITH RESPECT TO ESTABLISH-
MENT OF OFFICE HOURS.
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. Section 1.27 of the Rules of Procedure
is amended to read as follows:
1.27 Board secretary.8 Unless otherwise directed by
the board the board secretary shall countersign all
ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and conveyances on
behalf of the district.

Section 2. Section 1.93 is added to Rules of Procedure
to read as follows:
1.9 Checking and Savings Account Signatories.
a. Checking Accounts. The authorized signatories
to checking accounts of the District shall be those of
any two of the following three officers: The President,
the General Manager or the Administrative Secretary.
b. Savings Accounts. The authorized signatories
for savings accounts of the District shall be any one
of the following persons: The President, the General
Manager, the Administrative Secretary; provided, that
funds from any savings account shall be payable only to
a checking account of the District.
Section 3. Section 5 of the Policy for the Duplication
and Dissemination of Agendas, Supporting Materials and Other
Records of the District which is part of Resolution 73-3 is
amended to read as follows:

5. Public Records. All public records of the
district shall be open to public inspection during district
office hours, Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00
noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday 1:00 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m., holidays excepted.
Office hours shall be posted on the door of the district
office.
