Seeking Board consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , creating a Class
“V” Liquor License for JnL Paint and Sip dba Twisted Cork n Canvas to be located at

5) 12709 S. SHELLY LANE FENCE VARIANCE (ZBA CASE #1692-062915.V)
Seeking Board consideration of a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of
Appeals as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and, furthermore, to direct the Village
Attorney to prepare an ordinance granting approval of a variance to permit placement of a black
vinyl-coated chain link fence in the corner side yard at 12709 S. Shelly Lane.

Seeking Board consideration of a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance
rezoning 14921 S. Route 59 from R-1 to Business Transition zoning.
