CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 613, an interim ordinance re-
garding unshielded LED lighting.
The ordinance establishes a mor-
atorium on the installation of new
outdoor LED lighting for one year
and directs city staff and consul-
tants to study the regulations and
official controls related to such
lighting. The moratorium includes
exemptions for fully -shielded light
fixtures such as parking lot lights
and also for dynamic displays and
intemally illuminated signs.

at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
