PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
615, an ordinance regarding Con-
servation Design. The ordinance
amends regulations related to the
Conservation Design -Planned Unit
Development (CD-PUD) in order to
more explicitly state that the flexi-
bility permitted under the CD-PUD
district is based upon the amount
and quality of conservation area
protected and how well the con-
servation meets the objectives of
the City.

at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
