The ordi- nance deletes the R5 district, as no property in the City is planned to be zoned into this district. The ordinance makes various changes to the R4 district to make the densi- ty requirements consistent with the draft Comprehensive Plan update. The ordinance also makes changes to the development standards for nursing homes, assisted living fa- cilities, and similar uses.
