CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 616, an ordinance regarding
regulations related to the residen-
tial -mid density (R3), Residen-
tial -Limited Multiple Family 94),
and Residential -Multiple Family
(R5) zoning districts. The ordi-
nance deletes the R5 district, as
no property in the City is planned
to be zoned into this district. The
ordinance makes various changes
to the R4 district to make the densi-
ty requirements consistent with the
draft Comprehensive Plan update.
The ordinance also makes changes
to the development standards for
nursing homes, assisted living fa-
cilities, and similar uses.

616 is available from the city clerk
at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
