RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GENERAL MANAGER TO PAY
CERTAIN DISTRICT EXPENSES WITHOUT THE NEED FOR
FILING A CLAIM.
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Park District does resolve that the General
Manager is authorized to pay expenses incurred by the
District, without the necessity of filing or receiving
claims therefor, in the following classifications:
1. Liabilities created by contract.
2. Employees' salaries.
3. Employees' fringe benefits provided by the
District, including Public Employees' Retirement System,
social security, life insurance, health insurance and
dental insurance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District on

at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
