A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; COMMENDING VILA AND SON LANDSCAPING
CORPORATION FOR THEIR DONATION OF GOODS AND
SERVICES CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS THE
BEAUTIFICATION OF LIBRARY GROUNDS; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village has supported the beautification of the
Key Biscayne branch library grounds; and
WHEREAS, Vila and Son Landscaping Corporation donated and
installed 16,500 square feet of St. Augustine Sod; and
WHEREAS, the efforts of Vila and Son Landscaping Corporation
have contributed towards the on -going beautification of the library
grounds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Council commends Vila and Son
Landscaping Corporation for their donation of goods and services
contributing towards the beautification of the Key Biscayne branch
library grounds.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November , 1994.
