The ordinance establishes the Close -Landfill Restricted zon- ing district to regulate the use of Woodlake Landfill consistent with MN Pollution Control Agency re- quirements. The ordinance deletes regulations related to the Sanitary Landfill Zoning District, which pre- viously applied to the Landfill.
