CITY OF MEDINA
ORDINANCE NO. 620
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 620, regarding regulations
of the Closed Landfill -Restricted
and Sanitary Landfill Zoning Dis-
tricts. The ordinance establishes
the Close -Landfill Restricted zon-
ing district to regulate the use of
Woodlake Landfill consistent with
MN Pollution Control Agency re-
quirements. The ordinance deletes
regulations related to the Sanitary
Landfill Zoning District, which pre-
viously applied to the Landfill.

at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
