CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 623, an ordinance establishing
the Lunski Nelson Addition Storm
Sewer Improvement Tax District.
The tax district applies to Lots 1-3,
Block 1, and Outlot A, Lunski Nel-
son Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota. The tax district allows
the City to levy taxes to pay for
constriction, reconstruction, and
maintenance of stomwrater facili-
ties on the property if the owners
fail to conduct these activities.

623 is available from the city clerk
at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
