All trees with a 6" diameter at 4.5 feet above ground count toward the density count. " Significant trees may be removed only under certain circumstances and must be replaced inch -for -inch in like species with minimum 2 -inch diameter trees or be otherwise mitigated. (See reverse side for definition.) " By accepting the Tree Removal Permit, the property owner and the applicant agree to comply with all requirements of the Tree Ordinance including mitigation requirements, planting specifications and tree survival requirements. You are preparing a map of the trees to be removed along the access drive. Some diseases trees are being removed in addition to those conflicting with the proposed access drive. The ones that conflicted with the drive were considered at the beginning of this project. Initial BMP's must be in place prior to land disturbing activity. Wyman's intent is to have the Co stone delivered to the site prior to tree removal. As some trees are at the entrance, he intends to install the Co - Construction Exit immediately following the removal of these entrance trees. Also, as the felling of these trees would impact the perimeter BMP's in that area, perimeter BMP installation will also immediately follow the tree removal. No moving of dirt piles or any other land disturbing activity will occur until all initial BMP's are in place. Wyman's intent is to install the access drive and then possibly cease construction. Mark is the Level 2A that will inspect the initial BMP's. Wyman advise Mark will also be filling the role of the onsite IA.
