HomeMy Public PortalAbout003 - Fixed Salaries for the appointed officers and employeesRESOLUTION 3 -2013 WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to fix salaries and wages for all appointed officers and employees of the Richmond Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2013 and ending December 31, 2013. WHEREAS, the compensation fixed herein may not be increased during the budget year for which it is fixed but may be reduced by the Director for each appointive officer and employee (with the exception of Board Members). WHEREAS, a Resolution is required to amend Resolution 14 -2012 which is known as the 2013 Salary Resolution adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana for the Calendar year 2013 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, that the following appointed officers and employees of the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana shall receive not more than the following salaries and wages for the calendar year beginning Janurary 1, 2013 and ending December 31st, 2013, Solid Waste Collection Collections & Recycling Manager 0.0% 2013 2013 Operations Inspector % Bi- Weekly Hourly 1,072.22 Increase Salary Rate Administration 1,483.20 18.54 Director 0.0% 2,772.79 Engineer 0.0% 2,730.14 Operator of Record & IN Permits Coord. 0.0% 1,912.72 Health & Safety Officer 0.0% 1,651.85 Engineering Assistant 0.0% 1,796.15 WWTP & Maint. The Board of Sanitary Commissioners shall set compensation for these employees within the range from $7.85 to $15.00 per hour. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such salary and hourly rates be provided for, as herein set forth, in the budget for the Sanitary Department of Richmond, Indiana, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2013 and ending December 31st, 2013. In addition to the above salaries (with the exception of Board Members) employees shall be entitled to the same fringe benefits and additional compensation as set forth within the City of Richmond Policy Manual or as stated in negotiated contracts.
