The ordinance makes changes to the city's zoning code to permit the installation and placement of small wireless facili- ties within the public right-of-way, subject to the requirements of the right-of-way ordinance. The ordi- nance also requires a conditional use permit for installation of a new wireless support structure in any single family district.
