Dear Manama Gonzalez:
I wanted to bring to your attention the high caliber of work effort and professionalism
demonstrated by Bal Harbour staff listed above. Their efforts as part of the team, helped
to provide a safe and efficient work environment for our Spay/Neuter for Cats on
October 14, 2018.
As a result, this partnership effort resulted in a total of 26 cats being spayed/neutered,
which will help reduce the overpopulation of cats in Miami -Dade County.
I am delighted to work with people who take to heart a "can do" attitude in conducting
their jobs. It truly makes a difference. I wanted to let you know the caliber of these
members of your staff and to express my appreciation.
Sincere!
