CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 630, an ordinance establishing
the School Lake Nature Preserve
Storm Sewer Improvement Tax Dis-
trict. The tax district applies to Lots
1-2, Block 1, Lots 1-2, Block 2,
Lots 1-2, Block 3 and Outlots J and
K, School Lake Nature Preserve,
Hennepin County, Minnesota. The
tax district allows the City to levy
taxes to pay for construction, re-
construction, and maintenance of
stonnwater facilities on the prop-
erty if the owners fail to conduct
these activities.
The full text of Ordinance No.
630 is available from the city clerk
at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
