The tax district applies to Lots 1-2, Block 1, Lots 1-2, Block 2, Lots 1-2, Block 3 and Outlots J and K, School Lake Nature Preserve, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The tax district allows the City to levy taxes to pay for construction, re- construction, and maintenance of stonnwater facilities on the prop- erty if the owners fail to conduct these activities.
