The ordinance establishes a limitation of 500 nits for internally illuminated signs and decorative lighting panels/bands from sunset to sunrise and adds a prohibition of decorative panels/ bands within 500 feet of residential property. The ordinance also re- moves a limitation on dynamic dis- plays on parcels with less than 400 feet of frontage and makes another technical changes.
