CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 634, an ordinance regarding
disconnection of prohibited con-
nections to the sanitary sewer
system, amending chapter 7 of the
city code and amending the city fee
schedule. The ordinance estab-
lishes enforcement procedures to
ensure disconnection of prohibited
connections which permit storm -
water, ground water, or surface
water to discharge to the sanitary
sewer system. The ordinance also
establishes a $100/month sur-
charge on any connection which is
in violation of the section.

634 is available from the city clerk
at Medina city hall during regular
business hours.
