An ordinance of the Town of Gulf Stream,.Florida,.Amending
Section 66, Chapter II, of the Code of Ordinances, relating
to License Fees for professions and occupations within the
Town of Gulf Stream, Florida.
It is hereby ordained by the Town Commission of the Town of
Gulf Stream, Florida, in session assembled the
1961, as follows:
Any general building contractor, including sea wall and
groin contractors, shall pay the annual License of $75.00.
Any other person, firm or corporation engaged in any lawful
business, profession or occupations, wholly or in part, within
the corporate limits of said city shall pay the annual License
of $30.00.
This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 1961, subject
to passage and proper posting according to the charter act of
the Town.
