ORDINANCE NO. 635
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE CITY FEE SCHEDULE
REGARDING FEES FOR
LOT COMBINATIONS
The City Council of the City of
Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I. The 2018 schedule
of fees and rates of the City of Me-
dina is hereby amended to add the
underlined text as follows:
Lot Combination of substandard
lot: $200 + cost of title documen-
tio .
SECTION II. This ordinance
shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
Adopted by the Medina city
council this 3rd day of July, 2018.
